How willing and accessible were the school’s alumni in helping you connect with potential employers?

520241473While most leading business schools have strong career management offices to help graduates land summer internships and full-time jobs, immediate help on the career front from the alumni network is a real plus. It’s also the best possible indication that you have graduated into a valuable network.

That’s why we asked alumni if they found that network to be willing and accessible to help them with potential employers. Once again, University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business came out on top. Lehigh, BYU, Washington University, and Georgetown rounded out the top five. On our ten-point scale, with ten reflecting the highest possible score, Notre Dame’s alums gave their alma mater an impressive average score of 9.58, while Arizona State alums scored their school’s network a 7.12, one of the lowest scores across our alumni survey. The average on this question was 8.42.
