ALUMNI SAY
“National Student Advertising Competition, the two-semester Marketing Research class, led by Professor Matos, provided me with practical experience in research methodology, project management, and effective communication. While my current career is not directly in marketing, the skills I developed in this course have been integral to my professional growth and daily responsibilities.”
“Roger Williams University’s marketing program has an absolutely unique and career-making experience through what I consider the ‘unofficial capstone class’ of the marketing program, focused on competing in the National Student Advertising Competition, run by Professor Gerry Matos, who is both a knowledgeable professor and ex-advertising/marketing career person. Professor Matos brings a level of real-world experience and demand to the classroom which is the perfect preparation for a post-graduate career in advertising/marketing.”
“Gave me a passion for finance and helped me establish myself in a career.”
