Among Bachelor’s degree holders, scores rose in 15 of 20 dimensions. Strangely enough, this segment advanced furthest in International Opportunities, which improved by .694 of a point, nearly double Business Outlook (+.327). In contrast, Bachelor’s-only consultants scored their firms by .241 of a point lower in Level of Challenge over the past five years, mirroring the sentiments of MBAs.
Overall, 63.18% of the MBA sample was Caucasian, followed by Asian (17.19%), Hispanic (5.20%), and African American (2.55%). Another 3.21% described themselves as two or more races. The divide between men and women was 65.69%-to-30.37%, with the remainder declining to answer the question.
Among non-graduate degree holders, the gender divide was 53.43%-to-43.39%. Caucasians represented 66.67% of the survey sample. The remainder included Asians (15.39%), Hispanics (4.31%), African Americans (2.87%), and Multi-Racial Professionals (4.54%).
