The 10 Most-Scraped Websites Of 2026
If you’re learning how companies understand their customers, competitors, and markets, you definitely know that data can be one of a business’s most valuable assets.
It probably doesn’t come as a shock to know that AI is playing a role in this process today. A new report from web data platform Decodo shows that companies today are increasingly turning to AI platforms, automation tools, and developer communities to gather information.
Decodo analyzed anonymized usage data from its customer base, looking at the websites that received the highest volume of scraping requests during 2026.
For those who don’t know, data scraping is the process of using software to automatically collect publicly available information from websites at scale. Businesses can use scraping to gather items like prices, product information, reviews, search results, or other data that can help them understand a market without manually visiting thousands of pages.
This is the third edition of the company’s annual Most Scraped Websites report, and this year’s list had its biggest shake-up yet: seven of last year’s top 10 websites dropped out.
THE TOP 10 SCRAPED WEBSITES OF 2026
- TikTok
- ChatGPT
- Naver
- Perplexity
- Make.com
- Target
- Amazon
- GitHub
- Stack Overflow
TikTok held the No. 1 spot for the second year, followed by Google. Most shockingly, two new key players made the list: ChatGPT, ranked No. 3, and Perplexity, ranked No. 5. This is the first time AI answer engines have appeared this high on the list.
Businesses increasingly want to know not just what people search for, but what AI is telling them about brands, products, and competitors.
“Two years ago, businesses scraped the web to see what people were searching for. Now they scrape AI platforms to see what people are being told,” says Decodo CEO Vaidotas Juknys.
The rankings also show how specialized business research has become. Naver ranked No. 4, Make.com No. 6, Target No. 7 and Amazon No. 8, while GitHub and Stack Overflow ranked No. 9 and No. 10. These are platforms that give companies insight into everything from prices and customer reviews to technical knowledge and competitor activity.
Understanding how to find and use data is becoming just as important as understanding the data itself. “Every year this report gets less about websites and more about where decisions get made,” says Juknys.
