Would you recommend your business program to a close friend, colleague, or family member interested in an undergraduate business degree?

It’s the ultimate net promoter question. And we believe it’s one of the most important questions on the survey, which is why we put it first. Overall, would you recommend your business program to a close friend or colleague? In the days of crowd-sourced reviews, it’s pertinent and an easy way to decipher which schools are having satisfied customers — and which schools are not.

So which school had the most satisfied 2019 graduates? That would be The Wharton School, which earned an average of 9.86. Texas Christian University followed with 9.80 and Indiana University rounded out the top three at 9.79. All three schools scored as high or higher than last year’s leader in the category, the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, which earned an average of 9.79. Still, the 9.86 is down from 2020’s leader, Lipscomb University, which had 9.93. It’s also lower than 2019 and 2018’s high scores — Boston College’s 9.91 and Indiana Kelley’s 9.87, respectfully. The average across all schools was 9.15, which is up from last year’s 9.12 average. That is, however, a drop from the previous three years when the averages were 9.31, 9.33, and 9.31, respectively.
