Calling All Baylor Non-Business Majors That Want A Taste Of Business School

Calling all Baylor students: If you’re a non-business major hoping to gain business experience, you may want to keep reading.

Baylor just announced their new Business Administration Summer Experience (BASE) for undergraduates seeking a business minor set to kick off in the summer of 2025. They’re still offering their traditional 18-hour business minor – this one covers the same subjects and is cohort based, in-person, but just 15 hours over the May-mester, Summer 1, and Summer 2 terms.

‘5 CLASSES INSTEAD OF 6’

“It’ll be five classes instead of six,” says program leaders Dr. Bradley Lail, Associate Professor of Accounting and Business Law and a key player in bringing this program to life. “That should be attractive to students, because it’s one less class than our standard minor.”

This is a great fit for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors, and the business school encourages students to apply before March 31.

Rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors with a GPA above 2.75 can apply until March 31. Classes are held Monday to Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to professional skill development through guest speakers.
