The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder ranked No. 40 in the 2026 Poets&Quants‘ Best Undergraduate Business Programs in the U.S. In our three methodological categories, Leeds ranked 35th in Admission Standards, 64th in Career Outcomes, and 33rd in Academic Experience, based solely on our alumni survey.

The Leeds School of Business launched its first new undergraduate degree program in 117 years with the introduction of the Bachelor of Science in Integrated Business and Engineering. This interdisciplinary program combines rigorous business education with foundational engineering coursework, preparing students to operate at the intersection of technology, innovation and leadership. Integration of AI Skills Across Business Core- Leeds has embedded artificial intelligence tools and applied AI skill development into every required Business Core course. Undergraduate students gain hands-on experience using AI to support decision-making, data analysis, and problem-solving, ensuring they graduate with relevant technical competencies for a rapidly evolving business environment. Career Pathways- Over the past year, Leeds faculty and staff developed 14 distinct career pathways for undergraduate students. Each pathway provides a structured, four-year roadmap outlining recommended advising milestones, coursework, experiential learning opportunities, campus resources, and career-focused events. This initiative helps students intentionally prepare for specific career tracks while aligning academic and co-curricular experiences. DYL for Career Impact- Building on the success of the first-year Designing Your Leeds (DYL) program, the school introduced two new courses—the sophomore-level DYL for Career Preparation course and the junior/senior level DYL for Career Launch. These courses prepare students as they transition from college to their career with the experiences, resources and skills needed to thrive in the workforce. Office of Experiential Learning- The Nicholas Dante Badami Office of Experiential Learning launched at the Leeds School of Business in 2025 with the mission to connect classroom knowledge to real-world experience. Through partnerships with companies and organizations, BOEL enables students to tackle real business challenges and develop the skills and experience needed to enter the workforce upon graduation.
