Graduation trips are getting bigger and bolder this summer. Travelers are investing around $1,900 more in milestone getaways, like graduations and major birthdays, than in regular vacations. Grads are spending an average of $3,350 per person on a European summer vacation, and careful planning could be the key to making their trip more safe, affordable, and unforgettable.

To help graduates find the perfect destination, JJ’s House, a boutique specializing in special occasion fashion, analyzed 25+ cities across Europe and Asia. Their study ranked locations based on safety, weather, English proficiency, attractions, and affordability—revealing the top spots for a graduation trip that checks all the boxes.
