These 10 MBA Programs Placed 100% of Graduates in Jobs

If landing a job quickly is your top priority, you’ll want an MBA program that’s built to deliver results fast – before your graduation cap can even hit the ground.

Out of 133 U.S. business schools that reported to U.S. News, five achieved a perfect score with 100% of their graduates employed within three months. These were smaller programs with under 90 students, namely Chapman (CA), Loyola Maryland, Clarkson (NY), West Texas A&M, and Bryant (RI).

If you’re eyeing larger programs with graduating classes of 100+ graduates, here are the top 10 schools that posted standout placement in the rankings.

THE TOP TEN MBA PROGRAMS WITH THE MOST GRADS

In first place is Oklahoma State, with 95.6% of their MBAs graduating with full time employment within three months in the Fall of 2024. This school had a killer employment rate despite landing at No. 58 in the U.S. News Rankings. In second was North Carolina A&T State University with 95.3% of their grads landing employment three months out or sooner. In third was the University of Georgia’s Terry College, not far behind with a 3-month employment rate of 94.7%.

Of the bunch, the highest-ranked was the University of Virginia’s Darden School, where 90.2% of Darden MBAs graduated with full-time employment within three months of graduation.
