Report Card: How Alumni Grade Undergrad Biz Programs

How instrumental do you believe your business degree will be in reaching your dream career?

Let’s be real. Many students majoring in business have dream careers. It might be making an impactful social or environmental change. It might be leading an innovative company or department within a company. Or it might simply be to make a ton of money. Regardless, most students at elite business schools have dreams. Where do alums feel most confident in their business degrees helping reach their professional dreams? Notre Dame’s Mendoza College, which scored a 9.33. Mendoza was followed closely by William & Mary at 9.32. Rounding out the top five were Seton Hall, Texas Christian, and Villanova, scoring 9.3, 9.28, and 9.27, respectively.

Across all schools, the average was 8.5, slightly higher than last year’s 8.45 average. Out of the 88 schools, 16 earned a score of 9.0 or higher. Another 15 earned less than 8.0, with only one of those schools falling below 7.0.
