Do you believe your business degree will assist you in climbing to a new socioeconomic status?

For generations, a college degree has been the stepping stone for people to climb in economic status. At the very least, it’s been a path to financial stability. This year, Bucknell graduates gave their alma mater the highest score in terms of believing the business degree will assist them in climbing to a new socioeconomic status. Up next was Michigan’s Ross School of Business with 9.32. Rounding out the top-three was the University of Illinois with a 9.29.

The numbers are down from last year when Wharton led the pack at 9.44. In all, five schools had a 9.38 or higher last year. This year’s average of 8.56 was down from last year’s 8.68.
