How would you appraise the effectiveness of the business program’s academic advising?

Academic advising can be an underrated component of business education. Yes, all schools have some sort of academic advising program and it’s kind of expected. But having a solid academic advisor who guides students into the right classes and path can be invaluable. This year, Georgia Tech topped the list with a score of 9.31, which is the same as last year’s leader, Bucknell, which also had an average of 9.31. Wake Forest (9.14), Bucknell (9.0), and Christopher Newport (9.0) followed Georgia Tech to round out the top three.

The leading score is lower than in 2019 when the leading score was 9.41 from the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business. Overall, the average of 8.13 across all schools was lower than last year’s 8.21 and 8.34 in 2019.
